Laura S. King is senior vice president, assistant general counsel, and assistant secretary of Realty Income. Prior to being promoted to this position in December 2008, she was a vice president, assistant general counsel, and assistant secretary of Realty Income. She joined the Company in 1985 and held various investor services and legal positions until her promotion to vice president, assistant general counsel in 1998. Before joining Realty Income, Ms. King held various accounting positions with Southern California savings and loan associations. She is a licensed attorney and member of the State Bar of California.
